Cancellation policies

Cancellation policies:

You can cancel the order within 24 hours as long as we have not delivered services. If we delivered the service just after your order, you can cancel your order and claim a refund only within 2 hours. If we have not delivered our service within 24 hours of the order being placed, we will issue a full refund to your payment method. 

If you’re dissatisfied with our services related to the software that you ordered, you may contact us within 7 days of your order for a refund. We cannot issue a refund if you contact us more than 7 days after you placed the order for the service date, unless there is a problem with the installed software or application, and you will have to provide proof of the error or issue in our service.

To request a refund, just write an email to contact@softwaresalemart.com for a refund. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

We will make a request to our Payment Gateway to refund your amount for the related order number. If we issue a refund, it will appear on your credit card statement within 3-5 business days.
