• Usually, we take 12 hours to deliver the products and services. But you will have to wait for 48 hours maximum to get our response and services. After 48 hours you may cancel the order or wait for our response.
• We will contact you through your email after placing the product & service order for related software. We will provide you a download link with all information about the product order.
• We handle your application & software-related queries and installation through 3rd party remote access software program.
• We may provide you installation guide or application-related troubleshooting method document files to download so that you can follow them and fulfill your purposes.
• No, anything in the physical form will be provided to you. Anything delivered to you would be digital.
