Autodesk FormIt 2021 is a 3D modeling and analysis software for architecture, engineering, and construction. It is designed for conceptual and computational design workflows and supports iteration with Revit to connect your design concepts to BIM without remodeling.

Autodesk FormIt 2021 features:

– Dynamo improvements: we now select FormIt geometry as input data for Dynamo graphs, launch multiple Dynamo instances, and swap graphs easily. You can also use new Dynamo samples to create arrays, railings, and 3D text in FormIt.

– Orthographic camera: Toggle between perspective and orthographic views to see your model in different ways.

– Material enhancements: It now links the FormIt materials panel to local folders, and access materials from any file type that is supported by You can also edit material colors in real-time, and export to DWG format.

– Revit linking: You can now link models to Revit projects, and update them seamlessly. You can also use the new Edit in FormIt button to open linked models directly from Revit.

– 2-point perspective: Set up a 2-point perspective view in FormIt, and adjust the horizon line and vanishing points

– Graphics improvements: You can now enjoy better performance and visual quality thanks to improved anti-aliasing, ambient occlusion, shadows, and lighting.
