Autodesk Netfabb Ultimate 2023 is a software solution for additive manufacturing that enables users to optimize their processes and simulate metal additive build workflows. It offers features such as automatic packing, additive toolpaths, selective space structures, integrated performance analysis, lattice optimization, and more. It also includes Netfabb Local Simulation, which allows users to predict the thermomechanical response of additive parts during the metal powder bed fusion (MPBF) and direct energy deposition (DED) manufacturing processes.

Autodesk Netfabb Ultimate 2023 features:

– New additive machines by HP, SLM Solutions, Stratasys, DMG Mori, Structo, and Xact metal

– A new command search function in the menu to help users find the commands they need

– New processing parameter sets, including for 316L, per [316L validation]

– New VCTR card to iteratively control melt pool volume in simulation

– Line stippling of contours added to EBPAs for SLM Solutions and Renishaw (Q-type) build configurations intended to mitigate hoop stress.

– Hollowing and latticing similar to Lattice Assistant now possible with Lua
