Capturing RealityCapture 1.0.3 Overview:

Capturing RealityCapture 1.0.3 is a software application that can create realistic 3D models from photos and/or laser scans. It is one of the fastest and most accurate photogrammetry solutions on the market, and it offers various features such as one-click model generation, mosaicing-based UV unwrap and texturing, and direct upload to Nira. It was released in February 2024 and it contains some fixes and improvements over the previous version.

Capturing RealityCapture 1.0.3 Features:

– Export a PLY format model with UVs and textures. This allows you to use the model in other applications that support this format.

– Change the default from the 2Ds to the 1Ds view. This gives you a better overview of the alignment and reconstruction process.

– Export undistorted images in EXR format as 32-bit images. Preserves the full dynamic range and color accuracy of the original images.

– Added native HEIC image format support. It enables the import of images taken with newer iPhones and other devices that use this format.

– Added functionality to render objects from camera positions using a report function. This lets you create custom views of your model and export them as images.
