Refund & Cancelation policies:

You can cancel your service order within 24 hours after the order was placed. A full refund will be done to you for your payment. After 24 hours of cancelation, there would be a 5% deduction in the full amount.

If you’re dissatisfied with our services related to the software that you ordered, you may contact us within 7 days of your order for a refund. We cannot issue a refund if you contact us more than 30 days after you placed the order for the service date unless if there is a problem with the installed software or application.

To request a refund, just write an email to [email protected].com for a refund. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

We will put a request to our Payment Gateway to refund your amount for the related order number. If we issue a refund, it will appear on your credit card statement within 3-5 business days.
