Refund & Cancelation policies:
You can cancel the order within 24 hours as long as we have not delivered our product and services. If we delivered the service or product just after your order, only after 2 hours you can cancel your order and ask for a refund. A full refund will be done to you for your payment within 24 hours of the order being placed if we have not delivered our service or product. After 24 hours of cancelation, there would be a 10% deduction in the full amount. And a minimum of $10 is a fixed deduction for any order of price more than $10.
If you’re dissatisfied with our services related to the software that you ordered, you may contact us within 7 days of your order for a refund. We cannot issue a refund if you contact us more than 7 days after you placed the order for the service date unless there is a problem with the installed software or application and you will have to provide proof about the product and services.
To request a refund, just write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for a refund. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
We will put a request to our Payment Gateway to refund your amount for the related order number. If we issue a refund, it will appear on your credit card statement within 3-5 business days.
